Our primary service area is the United States.  However, our International Board of Certified Professionals division also provides Board Certification and association membership to qualified professionals in Canada, the U.K., Europe, Latin America, Africa, Asia, as well as Australia and New Zealand.

1)  NAME: Please include your complete name exactly as you want it to appear on your Board Certification document (Mary K. Jones, M.D., Robert Alan Smith, M.S.W., etc.).

2) COMPANY:  In this section, you may put your company name such as "A-1 Counseling Associates," or "All Saints United Methodist Church."

Use this section to describe your profession/occupation.  Example:  Chaplain, Registered Nurse, Master Diesel Mechanic, Paralegal, etc.

3)  EMAIL:  In this section, please include the email you check most frequently.

4)  TELEPHONE:  If you would like us to call you, please enter the phone number you'd like us to use.  Please also include when is the best time to call such as, "mornings" or "after 6pm EST"

5) QUESTION / COMMENTS:  Here is the place to ask us any specific questions you may have.
